Needs more jump range, would make sense (for me at least) for it to be able to jump the same distance as carriers and such It can jump to a normal cyno, why can't it bridge to 1 as well? (including cyno gens)

If ur in gang, just fit all neuts. Mids and lows are good enough for the job tho with more neuts u may need a second cap booster if you haven't got cap logistics with you, but tbh the bhaal has been screwed into the ground with the web and nos ner...

I haven't read much into these changes, but as a snap idea, why cant they just add the pg/cpu saving bonus to both cruise and torps so people can choose which they want to fit? Just throwing it out there
